2018 Getting Started at the Chicago River

The history of Chicago has its roots at the river and today that story is still being written.  The contemporary version of the Chicago River is evolving: skyscrapers define the course and flow, north and south and away from Lake Michigan.

I am interested in documenting that evolution with my etchings. Two of my latest prints are included in this blog.

The Crossing

A Limited Edition Aquatint Etching 11.75" x 11"

An east view on the Chicago River bridge at Franklin Street.

Riverside

A limited Edition Aquatint Etching  14" x 11.75"

A south view on the Chicago River from Wolf Point.
