July ReOpening 2020

Here We Are in July 2020 and some may wonder what's new.

The 30 year Anniversary Celebration of the Chicago Printmakers Collaborative will begin anew when 100% of public safety is not in jeopardy.

  • The newest water color of the Evanston Grosse Point Lighthouse is a part of my note card collection.

                            Grosse Point Lighthouse    Evanston, Illinois

The Grosse Point Lighthouse, built in 1873, stands on land that was an important navigation spot for Potawatomi, Odawa and Ojibwe tribes. In 1976, it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places, the first of 250 on the Great Lakes. Today the lighthouse continues to guide commerce safely into the crossroads of Chicago.

It is also the site of The Wildflower Garden Trail designed by Jens Jensen and maintained by The Garden Club of Evanston.

  •  I welcome the start of Major League Baseball with my etchings of Chicago Cubs and White Sox ball parks.
