History of the Annual Plaza Art Competition:
In 1976, Arthur Rubloff, developer of Evergreen Plaza and one of the original supporters or the BAC, decided to honor his good friends, Alice and Arthur Baer, by establishing an art competition in their name. Today, funding for this important competition continues thanks to the generosity and community spirit of The Plaza Associates and Bruce Provo of The Provo Group.
